§126.600. What are HUBZone contracts?

13 C.F.R. § 126.600

HUBZone contracts are prime contracts awarded to a certified HUBZone small business concern (or a HUBZone joint venture that complies with the requirements of § 126.616), regardless of the place of performance, through any of the following procurement methods:
(a)
Sole source awards awarded pursuant to § 126.612 to certified HUBZone small business concerns (or HUBZone joint ventures that comply with the requirements of § 126.616);
(b)
Set-aside awards (including partial set-asides and set-aside multiple award contracts) based on competition restricted to certified HUBZone small business concerns;
(c)
Awards through full and open competition after the HUBZone price evaluation preference is applied to an other than small business in favor of a certified HUBZone small business;
(d)
Awards based on a reserve for certified HUBZone small business in an unrestricted solicitation;
(e)
Orders awarded to certified HUBZone small business concerns under a multiple award contract that was set-aside for certified HUBZone small business concerns;
(f)
Orders set-aside for certified HUBZone small business concerns under a multiple award contract that was awarded using full and open competitive procedures;
(g)
Orders set-aside for certified HUBZone small business concerns under a multiple award contract that was awarded as a small business set-aside.
