§747.25. Request for document discovery from parties. — Inbound Citations

(a) Any papers required to be filed, excluding documents produced in response to a discovery request pursuant to §§ 747.25 and 747.26, must be filed with OFIA, except as otherwise provided.

(b) A party may obtain document discovery regarding any non-privileged matter that has material relevance to the merits of the pending action.

(2) Any motion to quash or modify a document subpoena must be filed on the same basis, including the assertion of privilege, upon which a party could object to a discovery request under § 747.25(d), and during the same time limits during which such an objection could be filed.
