(A) Fails to submit an acceptable net worth restoration plan within the time prescribed in § 702.110;

(2) Submit a revised business plan within the time provided by § 702.206 if the credit union either:(i) Has not increased its net worth ratio consistent with its then-present approved business plan;(ii) Has no then-present approved business plan; or(iii) Has failed to comply with paragraph (a)(3) of this section; and

(2) Submit a revised business plan within the time provided by § 702.206, providing for alternative means of funding the credit union's earnings deficit, if the credit union either:(i) Has not increased its net worth ratio consistent with its then-present approved business plan;(ii) Has no then-present approved business plan; or(iii) Has failed to comply with paragraph (a)(3) of this section; and

(a) Upon timely request by a credit union having total assets of less than $10 million (regardless how long it has been in operation), the NCUA Board shall provide assistance in preparing a revised business plan required to be filed under § 702.206.
