What regulations apply to a service corporation? Because a service corporation is formed by banks and associations, it is subject to applicable Farm Credit Administration (we, our) regulations.
Who examines a service corporation? We examine service corporations.
What types of service corporations are subject to our regulations and examination? All incorporated service corporations formed by banks and associations are subject to our regulations and examination.
