§5.51. Changes in directors and senior executive officers of a national bank or Federal savings association. — Inbound Citations

(K) Include a list of directors and senior executive officers, as defined in § 5.51, of the converting institution; and

(x) Include a list of directors and senior executive officers, as defined in § 5.51, of the converting institution; and

(iii) A senior executive officer as that term is defined in 12 CFR 5.51(c)(3);

(4) Is deemed to be in “troubled condition” as defined in 12 CFR 5.51(c)(7).

(ii) The bank is in troubled condition (as defined in 12 CFR 5.51(c)(7));

(4) Is deemed to be in “troubled condition” as defined in 12 CFR 5.51(c)(7).
