§34.202. Definitions applicable to higher-priced mortgage loans.
12 C.F.R. § 34.202
Consummation has the same meaning as in 12 CFR 1026.2(a)(13).
Creditor has the same meaning as in 12 CFR 1026.2(a)(17).
Higher-priced mortgage loan has the same meaning as in 12 CFR 1026.35(a)(1).
Reverse mortgage has the same meaning as in 12 CFR 1026.33(a).
