§303.250. Modification of conditions.
12 C.F.R. § 303.250
Scope. This section contains the procedures to be followed by an insured depository institution to seek the prior consent of the FDIC to modify the requirement of a prior approval of a filing issued by the FDIC.
Where to file. Applicants should submit a letter application to the appropriate FDIC regional director.
Content of filing. The application should contain the following information:
A description of the original approved application;
A description of the modification requested; and
The reason for the request.
Additional information. The FDIC may request additional information at any time during processing of the filing.
Processing. The FDIC will provide the applicant with a written notification of the final action as soon as the decision is rendered.
