§263.51. Definitions.
12 C.F.R. § 263.51
As used in subparts B through G of this part:
Secretary means the Secretary of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Member bank means any bank that is a member of the Federal Reserve System.
Institution— has the same meaning as that assigned to it in subpart A of this part, and includes any foreign bank with a representative office in the United States.
