§252.84. Insolvency proceedings. — Inbound Citations

(2) Is, along with the other company, consolidated with a third company on a financial statement prepared in accordance with principles or standards referenced in paragraph (1) of this definition; or

(a) A covered entity must ensure that each covered QFC conforms to the requirements of §§ 252.83 and 252.84.

(c) The requirements of this section apply notwithstanding paragraphs (d), (f), and (h) of § 252.84.
