§252.60. Applicability.
12 C.F.R. § 252.60
General applicability. This subpart applies to any U.S. bank holding company that is identified as a global systemically important BHC.
Initial applicability. A global systemically important BHC shall be subject to the requirements of this subpart beginning on the later of:
January 1, 2019; or
1095 days (three years) after the date on which the company becomes a global systemically important BHC.
