§249.100. Net stable funding ratio.

Minimum net stable funding ratio requirement. A Board-regulated institution must maintain a net stable funding ratio that is equal to or greater than 1.0 on an ongoing basis in accordance with this subpart.
Calculation of the net stable funding ratio. For purposes of this part, a Board-regulated institution's net stable funding ratio equals:
The Board-regulated institution's available stable funding (ASF) amount, calculated pursuant to § 249.103, as of the calculation date; divided by
The Board-regulated institution's required stable funding (RSF) amount, calculated pursuant to § 249.105, as of the calculation date.
