§19.201. Petition for reinstatement. — Inbound Citations

As used in §§ 19.190 through 19.201, the following terms have the meaning given in this section unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) If the final order against the respondent is for debarment, the individual may not practice before the OCC unless otherwise permitted to do so by the Comptroller pursuant to § 19.201.
