§19.194. Eligibility of attorneys and accountants to practice.

Attorneys. Any attorney not currently under suspension or debarment pursuant to this subpart may practice before the OCC.
Accountants. Any accountant not currently under suspension or debarment by the OCC may practice before the OCC.
