§1815.107. Determination of review requirement.

12 C.F.R. § 1815.107

In deciding whether to prepare an EIS, the designated Fund official shall determine whether the proposal is one that normally:

(a)

Requires an EIS;

(b)

Requires an environmental assessment, but not necessarily an EIS; or

(c)

Does not require either an EIS or an environmental assessment (categorical exclusion).
