§1807.303. Authorized uses of Program Income.

Program Income earned in the form of principal and equity repayments must be used by the Recipient in the manner further set forth in the Assistance Agreement.

Program Income earned in the form of interest payments, and all other forms of Program Income (except for that which is earned as described in paragraph (a) of this section), must be used by the Recipient as set forth in the Assistance Agreement and in accordance with 2 CFR part 200.
