§1102.101. Definitions.

12 C.F.R. § 1102.101

The following definitions shall apply for purposes of this subpart:
(a)
The terms individual, maintain, record, system of records, and routine use are defined for purposes of these rules as they are defined in 5 U.S.C. 552a(a)(2), (a)(3), (a)(4), (a)(5) and (a)(7).
(b)
ASC— or Subcommittee means the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
(c)
Privacy Act Officer means the ASC's Associate Director for Administration or such other ASC staff officer, other than the Executive Director, duly designated by the ASC's Executive Director.
