(j) The FOIA Public Liaison is responsible for reducing delays, increasing transparency and understanding of the status of requests, and assisting in the resolution of disputes. The FOIA Public Liaison may be contacted at the address identified in the definition of “Commission” in § 1.2 of this chapter.

All designations, statements, reports, and notices, as well as any modification(s) or amendment(s) thereto, required to be filed under the Act shall be filed in original form with, and received by, the Commission as defined in § 1.2.
