(d) The NRC will ensure that its website of posted records is reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis. The NRC has a FOIA Public Liaison who can assist individuals in locating particular records, in accordance with § 9.30.

(g) Requesters may contact the NRC's FOIA Public Liaison to seek assistance in determining the appropriate fee category, formatting of requests, or resolving any problems that arise prior to submitting a request or during the processing of a request, in accordance with § 9.30.

(1) Any request-related questions or concerns should be directed to the FOIA Public Liaison, who is responsible for reducing delays, increasing transparency and understanding of the status of requests, and assisting in the resolution of disputes. Contact the NRC FOIA Public Liaison in accordance with § 9.30.

(v) Provided with notification that dispute resolution services are available to the requester as a non-exclusive alternative to litigation through the Office of Government Information Services in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(h)(3). Dispute resolution is a voluntary process. If the NRC agrees to participate in the dispute resolution services provided by the Office of Government Information Services, it will actively engage as a partner to the process in an attempt to resolve the dispute. (4) The NRC FOIA Public Liaison is available to assist any requester in reformulating a request to meet the requester's needs at a lower cost. Contact the NRC FOIA Public Liaison in accordance with § 9.30.
