§851.26. Recordkeeping and reporting.
10 C.F.R. § 851.26
Recordkeeping. Contractors must:
Establish and maintain complete and accurate records of all hazard inventory information, hazard assessments, exposure measurements, and exposure controls.
Ensure that the work-related injuries and illnesses of its workers and subcontractor workers are recorded and reported accurately and consistent with DOE reporting directives.
Comply with the applicable occupational injury and illness recordkeeping and reporting workplace safety and health standards in § 851.23 at their site, unless otherwise directed by DOE.
Not conceal nor destroy any information concerning non-compliance or potential noncompliance with the requirements of this part.
Reporting and investigation. Contractors must:
Report and investigate accidents, injuries and illness; and
Analyze related data for trends and lessons learned.
