§725.21. Issuance.
10 C.F.R. § 725.21
Upon a determination that an application meets the requirements of this regulation, the Director, Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security will issue to the applicant an access permit on Form DOE 379.
An Access Permit is not an access authorization. It does not authorize any individual not having an appropriate DOE access authorization to receive Restricted Data. See § 725.24 and part 1016 of this title.
