§605.2. Applicability.
10 C.F.R. § 605.2
This part applies to all grants and cooperative agreements awarded after the effective date of this amended rule.
Except as otherwise provided by this part, the award and administration of grants and cooperative agreements shall be governed by 2 CFR part 200 as amended by 2 CFR part 910 (DOE Financial Assistance Rules).
