§53.430. Design features and functional design criteria for protection of plant workers.

Design features must be provided for each commercial nuclear plant such that, when combined with corresponding programmatic controls, the requirements in § 53.270 can be met.
Functional design criteria must be defined for each design feature relied upon to demonstrate compliance with § 53.270.
