§53.1315. Review of applications.

Standards for review of applications. Applications filed under this part will be reviewed according to the standards set out in 10 CFR parts 20, 51, 53, 73, and 140.
Administrative review of applications; hearings. A proceeding on a CP application is subject to all applicable procedural requirements contained in 10 CFR part 2, including the requirements for docketing (§ 2.101 of this chapter) and issuance of a notice of hearing (§ 2.104 of this chapter). All contested hearings on CP applications are governed by the procedures contained in 10 CFR part 2.
