§52.155. Filing of applications.
10 C.F.R. § 52.155
Any person, except one excluded by 10 CFR 50.38, may file an application for a manufacturing license under this subpart with the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
The application must comply with the applicable filing requirements of §§ 52.3 and 50.30 of this chapter.
The fees associated with the filing and review of the application are set forth in 10 CFR part 170.
