§51.108. Public hearings on Commission findings that inspections, tests, analyses, and acceptance criteria of combined licenses are met.

10 C.F.R. § 51.108

In any public hearing requested under § 52.103(b) or § 53.1452(b) of this chapter, the Commission will not admit any contentions on environmental issues, the adequacy of the environmental impact statement for the combined license issued under subpart C of part 52 or under subpart H of part 53 of this chapter, or the adequacy of any other environmental impact statement or environmental assessment referenced in the combined license application. The Commission will not make any environmental findings in connection with the finding under § 52.103(g) or § 53.1452(g) of this chapter.
