§420.34. Matching contributions or cost-sharing.
10 C.F.R. § 420.34
DOE may require (as set forth in the program guidance/solicitation) States to provide either:
A matching contribution of at least a specified percentage of the Federal financial assistance award; or
A specified share of the total cost of the project for which financial assistance is provided.
