§1710.105. Application.

10 C.F.R. § 1710.105

The regulations in this part are to be followed when:

(a)

The Board is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another federal agency;

(b)

The Board is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the Board; or

(c)

The Board employs an individual who owes a debt to another federal agency.
