§170.20. Average cost per professional staff-hour.
10 C.F.R. § 170.20
Except as provided in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section, fees for permits, licenses, amendments, renewals, special projects, 10 CFR part 55 re-qualification and replacement examinations and tests, other required reviews, approvals, and inspections under §§ 170.21 and 170.31 will be calculated using the professional staff-hour rate of $337 per hour.
For advanced nuclear reactor applicants—
Fees under § 170.21 relating to the review of the submitted application for the advanced nuclear reactor applicant will be calculated using the reduced hourly rate of $154 per hour.

For advanced nuclear reactor pre-applicants—
Fees under § 170.21 relating to the review of submitted materials as described in the licensing project plan will be calculated using the reduced hourly rate of $154 per hour.
This paragraph (c) shall cease to be effective on September 30, 2030.
