§110.124. Rearrangement or suspension of a hearing.
10 C.F.R. § 110.124
When a participant gives notice of intent to introduce classified information and other participants do not have the required security clearances, subject to § 110.121, the Commission may:
Suspend or rearrange the normal order of the hearing to give other participants an opportunity to obtain the required security clearances with minimum delay in the conduct of the hearing; or
Take such other action as it determines to be in the public interest.
