§1003.10. Public reference room.
10 C.F.R. § 1003.10
The OHA maintains an electronic public reference room at https://www.energy.gov/oha/decision-summaries. The following information is included:
A list of all persons who have filed a petition and a digest of each petition;
Each Decision and Order, with confidential information deleted, issued in response to a petition; and
Any other information in the possession of the OHA which is required by statute to be made available for public inspection and copying, and any other information that the OHA determines should be made available to the public.
