RESOLUTION

That the Senate—

(1)

designates November 22, 2025, as National Adoption Day and November 2025 as National Adoption Month;

(2)

recognizes that every child should have a permanent and loving family; and

(3)

encourages the people of the United States to consider adoption during the month of November and throughout the year.
