Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to Air Plan Approval; South Dakota; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period.

That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to “Air Plan Approval; South Dakota; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period” (90 Fed. Reg. 41893 (August 28, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
