Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Homeland Security relating to “Increase of the Automatic Extension Period of Employment Authorization and Documentation for Certain Employment Authorization Document Renewal Applicants”.

That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Homeland Security relating to “Increase of the Automatic Extension Period of Employment Authorization and Documentation for Certain Employment Authorization Document Renewal Applicants”(89 Fed. Reg. 101208 (December 13, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
