Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to “National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Aerosol Coatings: Interim Final Rule”.

That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to “National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Aerosol Coatings: Interim Final Rule” (90 Fed. Reg. 28904 (July 2, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
