Hot Rotisserie Chicken Act

A BILL

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to modify the definition of food.

This Act may be cited as the “Hot Rotisserie Chicken Act”.

Section 3(k)(1) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2012(k)(1)) is amended—

(1)

by inserting “hot rotisserie chicken and” before “those authorized”;

(2)

by striking “clauses” and inserting “paragraphs”; and

(3)

by striking “of this subsection”.
