Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Improving Needed Safeguards for Users of Lifesaving Insulin Now Act of 2026” or the “INSULIN Act of 2026”.

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Sense of Congress

It is the sense of Congress that Congress should enact subsequent legislation that provides for an offset for any costs to the Federal Government resulting from the enactment of this Act.
