This Act may be cited as the “Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act of 2026”.
Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act of 2026
A BILL
To amend title V of the Social Security Act to extend funding for the family-to-family health information centers.
Sec. 2 Extension of funding for family-to-family health information centers
Section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)), as amended by section 6303 of division F of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (Public Law 119–37; 139 Stat. 636) is amended—
in clause (viii), by striking “and” at the end;
in clause (ix), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and
by adding at the end the following:
“(x) for the period beginning on January 31, 2026, and ending on September 30, 2026, an amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2025; and
“(xi) $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2030.”
