This Act may be cited as the “SBA Disaster Transparency Act”.
SBA Disaster Transparency Act
A BILL
To require certain reports on small business disaster assistance to be published on the website of the Small Business Administration, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Publication of reports on disaster assistance
Section 12091 of the Small Business Disaster Response and Loan Improvements Act of 2008 (15 U.S.C. 636k) is amended—
in subsection (a)—
in paragraph (1), by inserting “and publish on the website of the Administration” after “Representatives”; and
in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting “and published” after “submitted”;
in subsection (b)—
in paragraph (1), by inserting “and publish on the website of the Administration” after “Representatives”; and
in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting “and published” after “submitted”;
in subsection (c)—
in paragraph (1), by inserting “and publish on the website of the Administration” after “Representatives”; and
in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting “and published” after “submitted”; and
in subsection (e)—
in paragraph (1)—
by striking “a report”; and
by inserting “and publish on the website of the Administration a report” after “Representatives”; and
in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting “and published” after “submitted”.
