A BILL

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to implement the Executive order entitled Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “States' Right to Regulate AI Act”.

Sec. 2 No Federal funds for Executive order relating to State regulation of artificial intelligence

No Federal funds may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the Executive order entitled “Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence”, issued on December 11, 2025.
