Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Honor Our Promise to Veterans Act of 2025”.

(b)

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Implementation

Unless otherwise specified, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall implement this Act and the amendments made by this Act by not later than the date that is one year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
