This Act may be cited as the “Inspector General Access Act of 2025”.

A BILL
To amend title 5, United States Code, relative to the powers of the Inspector General of the Department of Justice.
Sec. 2 Investigations of Department of Justice personnel
Section 413 of title 5, United States Code, is amended—
in subsection (b)—
in paragraph (2), by striking “and paragraph (3)”;
by striking paragraph (3);
by redesignating paragraphs (4) and (5) as paragraphs (3) and (4), respectively; and
in paragraph (4), as so redesignated, by striking “paragraph (4)” and inserting “paragraph (3)”; and
in subsection (d), by striking “, except with respect to allegations described in subsection (b)(3),”.
