changed Section 3014(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “Beginning on the date of enactment of the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 date” and ending on September 30, 2025, in addition to the assessment imposed under section 3013, all that follows through the court shall assess an amount of $5,000 on any non-indigent person or entity convicted of an offense under—” em dash and inserting “In addition to the assessment imposed under section 3013, the court shall assess an amount of $5,000 on any non-indigent person or entity convicted of an offense under—”.
