Buy-to-Budget Flexibility Act

A BILL

To modify buy-to-budget requirements for end items, and for other purposes.

This Act may be cited as the “Buy-to-Budget Flexibility Act”.

Section 3069 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—

(1)

in subsection (a), by striking “if that head of an agency” and all that follows through “a complete end item”;

(2)

by striking subsections (b) through (d); and

(3)

by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (b).
