Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025”.

A BILL
To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to increase support for physicians and other practitioners in adjusting to Medicare payment changes.
Sec. 2 Increasing support for physicians and other practitioners in adjusting to Medicare payment changes
in the header, by striking “2024” and inserting “2025”; and
in paragraph (1)—
in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024” and inserting “2021 through 2025”;
in subparagraph (D), by striking “and” at the end;
in subparagraph (E), by striking the period and inserting “; and”; and
by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
“(F) such services furnished on or after June 1, 2025, and before January 1, 2026, by 8.51 percent.”
Conforming amendment— Section 1848(c)(2)(B)(iv)(V) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395w–4(c)(2)(B)(iv)(V)) is amended by striking “2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024” and inserting “any of years 2021 through 2025”.
