That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that—

given the critical role of the financial and housing markets, the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives should play a leading role in making public policy regarding the adoption of AI in the financial services and housing industries;

the Committee on Financial Services should consider how to promote a dynamic, pro-consumer, pro-investor, and pro-innovation culture for AI across the financial services and housing industries;
