This Act may be cited as the “Hold Vandals Accountable Act of 2026”.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to decrease the sum of damage or attempted damage to property of the United States, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Government property or contracts
Section 1361 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “$1,000” and inserting “$500” each place such term appears.
