This Act may be cited as the “Quiet Skies Act”.

A BILL
To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue regulations to prohibit certain cell phone voice communications on aircraft in scheduled passenger interstate or intrastate air transportation.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on certain cell phone voice communications
Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall issue a final rule with respect to the regulations required to be issued under section 41725 of title 49, United States Code.
