A BILL
To change the name of the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division to the United States Secret Service Police.
Sec. 2 United States Secret Service Police
Title 2— Section 201 of the District of Columbia Police and Firemen's Salary Act Amendments of 1970 (2 U.S.C. 1942) is amended by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police” each place it appears.
Title 5— Title 5, United States Code, is amended—
in chapter 102—
in the header, by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police”; and
in sections 10201, 10202, and 10203, by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police” each place it appears;
in section 4521, by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police” each place it appears;
in section 5102, by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police” each place it appears;
in section 6324, by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police” each place it appears; and
in section 7103, by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police” each place it appears.
Title 10— Section 2674 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police” each place it appears.
Title 18— Title 18, United States Code, is amended—
in section 3056A—

Title 28— Section 540C of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking “Uniformed Division” and inserting “Police” each place it appears.
