Section 1 Prohibition on closure of Forest Service research and development facilities
The Secretary of Agriculture may not close any research and development facility of the Forest Service, including through implementation of a reorganization plan, except as expressly authorized by an Act of Congress enacted after the date of enactment of this Act.
