Section 1 Modification of limitation on waiver for pay of critical health care personnel of the Department of Veterans Affairs Section 7431(e)(6) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— ⋯ (1) by striking subparagraph (D); and ⋯ (2) by redesignating subparagraphs (E), (F), and (G) as subparagraphs (D), (E), and (F), respectively. ⋯
